Teton will consider investment opportunities nationwide; however, our primary geographic focus is currently on properties located in the NorthEast and Eastern Seaboard.
George is the owner of Teton Management and managing partner of several real estate entities. Assets under his ownership include multi-family, commercial, and mobile home communities in the states of New York, Massachusetts, and Georgia. Since 1996, he has acquired, developed and sold more than $165 million worth of properties.
When not working, he is an avid workout fanatic, has run the Boston Marathon three times, finished a Tough Mudder endurance event, and several Josh Billings RunAground triathlons. George is also ``Dad`` to Daisy and Remy, our Teton Black Labs that come to the office every day and duck hunt with Dad every fall.
Val is the sister of George Whaling and the proud partner of several assets within the Teton portfolio. Val is responsible for New Home Sales and assists in the transition from acquisition to management. Val holds a degree from Wells College, NY and has attended the Mobile Home University.
Tim manages the operations for our entire mobile home community portfolio. He is an accomplished, award-winning property management professional with over 20 years of experience in the manufactured housing sector.
With over 10 years of financial & real estate industry experience, Adam is responsible for acquisitions, capital strategy, investor relations, and the financial management of Teton’s asset portfolio. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, where he majored in Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration.
